How to increase download speed by 100-200 Kb/sec?

First of all download this wonderful program:

h@@p://www.speedguide.net/files/TCPOptimizer.exe*

Then when u start the program go to settings go to cable modem or dsl whatever you have.

Go to MaxMTU and set it to 1500 this is optimal anything above this will not work as well.
